A new dermatologist gave me paperwork listing referrals to “safe” skincare products for rosacea, but I already knew that one listed was not ok as it was a chemical sunscreen 🧐. After decoding ingredients of the rest, less than 10% of the cleanser & moisturizer referrals met my needs & zero sunscreens. So I did my own extensive search 🫠🙄
For sunscreen, I needed….
• affordable…!!!! 🙏🏼
• physical mineral broad spectrum daily use sunscreen (non-nano zinc oxide)
• no ghostly white cast
• no rosacea or sensitive skin triggers

I found a couple sunscreen options (none are totally perfect after comparing results on several ingredient decoder websites, but all better than derm’s suggestions).
So I’ve decided to try the most affordable since it meets all criteria, but my skin will be the final judge…
We’ll see!
